Getting into wholesaling and land flipping can be a huge opportunity for investors, but many people are scared of it. Brent Bowers is no stranger to land investing and helps others get in on the game. He’s an investor and a coach with a focus on buying and selling vacant land. In a very short time frame, Brent was able to expand his business, and hire a team, all while spending time with his family. While he invests in many other types of real estate, Brent’s favorite is investing in vacant land. Through using his TTP system, he’s bought and sold thousands of properties across the country and has taught aspiring investors how to do the same thing.

 

Brent got his real estate license in 2007 and soon after he purchased his first rental property. Then, the 2008 crash came and like many others in real estate at the time, he faced several challenges. Brent decided to join the military, went back to school, and did a couple of back-to-back deployments, but still had the drive to pursue real estate. In 2013, he began buying rentals again and did some wholesaling, but he was getting burned out and started looking for other forms of cash flow. Eventually, Brent got into flipping vacant land and things were never the same.
