More often than not, entrepreneurs make some critical mistakes that hinder the growth of their business. Ultimately, they could lead to a person feeling like they’re living an entrepreneurial nightmare. As individuals, we need to define these mistakes so we can learn from them, and course correct. Gino Wickman is on the show today and has been obsessed with learning on the entrepreneurial path since he was 21 years old. At 25, he took over his family business, which was deeply in debt and in dire need of help. He was able to turn it around completely in seven years and successfully ended it with some of his partners.
Gino then set out to help other leaders and entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. He created an entrepreneur operating system known as EOS to help business owners achieve greatness. Gino has personally delivered over 1,900 full-day sessions to over 135 companies, helping them implement EOS. He’s also the author of several best-selling books and has a team of professionals who are certified to implement EOS all over the world. Gino’s current passion project is called Entrepreneurial Leap and he spends most of his time showing others how to avoid mistakes and cultivate what it takes to succeed.
