Michael Zuber is a full-time real estate investor that focuses on smaller multifamily deals. Prior to establishing his focus on real estate, he was working as a well-paid executive in Corporate America. Once he made the decision to create financial independence with real estate, he went all in – leveraging his personal cash to transition from eight units from his start in 2003 to 80 units right before the 2008 economic crash. Once that happened, the ability to raise money became crucial to maintaining his momentum – especially in the midst of a financial meltdown!
