In 2008, he and his wife quit the corporate life, left California to the East Coast and decided to focus on real estate and investing. Today, as the Co-founder of 123Flip.com he and his team create and market resources for new and experienced real estate investors. J is also the author of four books on real estate investing, including the best-selling The Book on Flipping Houses.
