When it comes to marketing your multifamily property, you will need to change your game up. A classified ad in the newspaper, a wall sign at the mall or ad on Craigslist won’t be enough to fill your units. The Gen Z demographic is much different from previous generations which means new you must apply alternate marketing tactics to get their attention – namely digital.
