Jack Petrick is a multifamily syndicator and president of Petrick Property Group, a company focused on multifamily acquisitions and property management. Using the experience he had as a home builder over 14 years ago, Jack has been able to scale his portfolio from zero to nearly $28 million in deals closed and under contract. He attributes his success to his ability to streamline his acquisitions team, rehab-crews, systems, and processes. This has allowed him to not only scale quickly, but also has given him time to raise capital to support his rapid growth.
